Agnetha Faltskog

It’s actually happened - ABBA's Agnetha Faltskog has confirmed her musical comeback!

Following reports last year that she would return to the industry, Agnetha has now announced that she will release a new album A on May 13.

She has teased the release with a new track and music video 'When You Really Loved Someone', her only songwriting contribution to the album.

Faltskog told BBC News: "For this album, we had an idea that maybe I should try to write one song. I didn't want to do more. I'm not that composer that composes every day. But it was very exciting to see if it still worked - and it did!"

Other tracks on the album include 'Dance Your Pain Away' and Gary Barlow duet 'I Should Have Followed You Home'.

ABBA broke up in 1982 and Faltskog's last studio album was 2004's My Colouring Book.
