The Canadian singer, who is working on a new album, was out of the recording studio for six years until her return in 2011.
'Recovering' was written for Celine by singer Pink, and is dedicated to her late husband René.
Celine Dion performed her brand new song, 'Recovering' at a Stand Up To Cancer TV broadcast in the US at the weekend.
The song was written for her by fellow singer Pink , who reached out to Celine following her husband René Angelil's death in January.
"I miss René every day and the loss will now be a part of my life," she told the audience before the performance. "I also lost my father and my brother Daniel to cancer."

Celine continued to say that during her most difficult period of grieving, Pink reached out to her with the song.
"She offered me a song that expresses the power to stand up and stay song. The most wonderful song is called 'Recovering'".
The 'My Heart will Go On' singer then launched into the ballad, accompanied only on the piano, while pictures of René, her father and brother Daniel played in the background.
