The musician has opened up about closely he worked with the late and great John Lennon, when writing songs for The Beatles.
Sting and Paul Simon have announced a joint tour of Europe.
The pair have previously collaborated with their On Stage Together tour around North America and will reunite for shows in March and April 2015.
Sting and Simon will perform their best-known songs both together and apart during the show.
Songs that will be performed include 'Boy In The Bubble', 'Fields of Gold', 'Driven To Tears', 'Mother & Child Reunion', 'Desert Rose', 'Every Breath You Take', 'The Boxer and 'Diamonds On The Soles of Her Shoes'.
Tickets for the new shows go on sale this Friday, September 12 at 9am.
Fans will have access to a pre-sale on each artist's official website starting tomorrow (September 9) at 10am to Thursday, September 11 at 3pm.
After dates in Krakow, Prague, Berlin, Oslo, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Koln, Zurich, Munich, Milan, Vienna and Paris, the UK and Ireland tour dates are as follows:
- April 7 - Dublin, 3Arena
- April 10 - Glasgow, The SSE Hydro
- April 12 - Birmingham, LG Arena
- April 13 - Manchester, Phones 4U Arena
- April 15 - London, The O2
