Michael Bublé has revealed that he almost quit music after his son was diagnosed with cancer.

Speaking to The Herald Sun, the Canadian singer revealed the ongoing struggles that he and his family have been through.

"I've been through hell," he said.

He continued: "I truly thought I'd never come back to music. Family is what matters. The health of my children is number 1."

Noah was diagnosed with stomach cancer in October 2016 at just three years old, and has been fighting the disease since then.

Michael and wife Luisana Lopilato paused their careers to help care for their young child.

Noah has since recovered well, but Michael wasn't sure he'd ever return fully to the music industry.

Michael and Luisana are now expecting their third child - their first daughter - after Noah and their second son, Elias, who was born in January 2016.

Michael will play his one and only UK show at British Summer Time in Hyde Park, which you can win tickets to see with Smooth Radio.
