Smooth Scotland: Fiesta Fold Rules

The Fiesta Fold Festival on-air competition on Smooth Scotland May 2018.

RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smooth.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Saturday 26th May to Sunday 27th May on Smooth Scotland.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word “Nile” and their answer to 65588 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Each day the presenter will play guess the Nile ROgers song from the lyric that is read out  to win a pair of VIP weekend tickets to the Fiesta Fold festival at Kelvngrove Park on the 30th June/1st July

The entrant brought to air who gives the correct answer will be deemed as the winner.   

Eligibility:
All entrants need to be over the age of 18 years old
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:
Daily prize is a pair of VIP weekend tickets (we have 5 pairs) 
Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash prize or equivalent 
The tickets are non-transferable 
The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter or their representatives; admission of the holder might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
