The Smooth audience continues to grow, according to the latest industry figures.
5.6 million people listen to Smooth every week, according to industry body Rajar's latest figures*.
Kate Garraway's mid-morning show, which broadcasts weekdays from 10am, saw huge success in the latest results, reaching over 2.2 million every week.
Following Kate on the schedule, Paul Phear now has 125,000 new listeners, with 2.2 million people now tuning in every week – a new record for that show.
Weekends continue to be strong on Smooth with Tina Hobley attracting 1.1 million to her weekly Sunday slot, while Myleene Klass has had her highest-ever number with 1.1 million listeners as well to her Saturday morning show.
Andrew Castle's 'Great American Songbook' on Sunday evenings also attracted a record-breaking half a million listeners this quarter.
