RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/competition-terms-conditions/ ) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Smooth Singles Success Stories’ competition (the “Competition") which will run from 11/11/2016 until this page is removed on SmoothRadio.com(the “Website”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must use the form and submit their name, email address, Smooth Singles member ID, photo and confirmation they're happy for us to share their story.
4. Winners will be decided by the SmoothRadio.com editor. The editor’s decision is final.
5. Not all success stories submitted will be eligible to win. Only those whose stories are published by Smooth Radio and whose success story is published on the Smooth Radio website at SmoothRadio.com or in other places as deemed appropriate by Smooth Singles will be deemed a ‘Winner’.
6. Once these terms have been removed from the Smooth Radio website, this competition will no longer be valid and any future success stories submitted may not be eligible to receive a prize.
7. Winners will be contacted using the email address they submitted when they signed up to the website. If the winner doesn’t respond to their ‘winners email’ within 10 days, they may forego their prize but their success story may still be used.
8. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
9. The competition is only open to members or former members of Smooth Singles who have a valid member ID.
10. If, for whatever reason, it is suspected that the entrant is not, has not been or may not have been a member of Smooth Singles, or that their success story is false, forged or incorrect in any way, then their entry will be deemed invalid and they will not be eligible for a prize.
11. Entrants must comply with the terms and conditions of the Smooth Singles website.
12. Entrants must use the same email address to enter the competition as they did to sign up to Smooth Singles.
Prize:
13. The prize is a £50 shopping voucher of the winners’ choice.
14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
15. The prize is non transferrable and no cash alternative is available
