RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/competition-terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Elton on Smooth’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 28th November to 2nd December on Smooth Network (the “Radio Station”).
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 06.00 on 28th November and close at 23:59 on Thursday 1st December.
  2. On Friday 2nd December starting from 10.00am we will randomly select an entrant from the online entries and call them on the mobile number they provided. If they answer their phone with just the phrase “Elton on Smooth” they will win the prize.
  3. If not, then we will make additional calls until we get a winner.
  4. The entrant deemed the winner will be the entrant that answers their phone only with the correct phrase, ‘Elton on Smooth’. If an entrant says any other word before that phrase, they will have lost. The presenter’s decision on this is final.
  5. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

 

Eligibility:

  1. The winner & their guest must be aged 18 or over.
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

10. Return flights for 2 to Las Vegas departing on Friday 17th February, and returning to the UK on Monday 20th February, landing in the UK on Tuesday 21st February.

11. A 3 night stay at Caesars Palace Hotel in a standard double room, on a room only basis.

12. A pair of tickets to see Elton John perform Live at the Colosseum, Caesars Palace on Saturday 18th February.

13. A Prepaid Visa card with $500 spending money.

14. This prize is non transferrable or refundable

15. Departure date, flights, tickets to the concert and accommodations are non-transferrable.

16. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or part.

17. Winner will be responsible to apply and purchase their own ESTA visas.

18. Prize does not include transfers to and from the airport in the UK.

19. Reservation changes are not permitted after flight tickets have been issued including a change of transfer to another passenger.

20. The winner and each guest must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least six (6) months after arrival in the US and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations.

21. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed shall be incurred at the winner’s and/or their guests expense including but not limited to: food, drinks, transport, telephone charges, rooms service, laundry service, optional excursions, tips, souvenirs and any other incidental expenses.

22. Should the concert be cancelled for any reason, then neither Global or Marshall Arts shall provide a cash alternative.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
