Benny Andersson is one quarter of one of the world's greatest ever pop groups, and he has given us a teaser for what to expect in the upcoming musical sequel.
Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again! will once again bring to life the iconic music of ABBA, and is the follow-up to the huge movie adaptation of the stage musical Mamma Mia! in 2008.
We had a quick chat with Benny about what to expect in the film, and he revealed at least one song which will be coming back for a second sing-along:
That's right - 'Dancing Queen' will definitely be performed by the cast in the sequel, along with some not-so-famous but brilliant ABBA songs including 'Angel Eyes', 'When I Kissed the Teacher' and 'I Wonder'.
Benny was also amazed to hear the recent news that The Queen's favourite pop song of all time is none other than 'Dancing Queen'. Though, he wasn't 100% sure whether to believe such gossip or not:
Benny also spoke about ABBA's mini musical from 1977 titled The Girl with the Golden Hair, from which the aforementioned 'I Wonder' originated:
Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again! will be released at cinemas in July 2018. Benny Andersson's new classical album Piano is available now on Amazon and iTunes.
