Adele is apparently set to make first post-baby appearance at Golden Globes

Rumours were flying around that we’d be seeing Adele back in in the public eye soon. Well, it looks as though it could (we like to be cautious!) be true.

The singer is apparently planning to attend the Golden Globes this Sunday in what will be her first public appearance since becoming a mum in October. Wonder if she’ll reveal her son’s name whilst she’s there? We’ve been on tenterhooks for months!

The award ceremony's executive producer has confirmed that the British singer will attend the event on Sunday (January 13), according to The Associated Press.

Adele is nominated for 'Best Original Song' at the awards for her James Bond theme 'Skyfall'.

The track faces competition from Taylor Swift's 'Safe and Sound' from The Hunger Games, Jon Bon Jovi's song from Stand Up Guys, Keith Urban's 'For You' from Act of Valor and 'Suddenly' performed by Hugh Jackman in Les Misérables.

The 24-year-old welcomed her first child with partner Simon Konecki in October, but has kept a low profile over the past year.

She was previously reported to be planning her first public performance since her birth at this year's Academy Awards.
