George Harrison's childhood home is set to be auctioned at the Cavern Club.
The childhood home of Beatles guitarist George Harrison will be auctioned at the Cavern Club in Liverpool this month.
Fans from around the world are expected to attend the auction of 25 Upton Green, Speke. George Harrison lived in the house for 12 years and it was a regular rehearsal venue for the Fab Four.
The three bedroom property in Speke comes with a guide price of just £100,000, however it is expected to sell for a much higher price due to its link with The Beatles, according to The Independent.
Last year, John Lennon's childhood home was sold for £480,000 in an auction at the Cavern Club.
The auction will take place on October 20 at 7pm.
