Madonna has claimed her 12th number one album with MDNA

Madonna has claimed her 12th UK number one album with her latest release MDNA.

Madonna has become the most successful solo artist ever in the UK album chart after her
latest offering went straight in at number one.

MDNA is the singer's 12th album to top the chart beating Elvis Presley's record of 11.
