Paul McCartney has released a short video saying that he is doing well after being brought down by a virus earlier this month in Japan.

The virus, which saw Paul McCartney hospitalised for a short time, resulted in first seven dates of his U.S. tour to be postponed until October.

The Out There Tour resumes on July 5 at the Times Union Centre in Albany, New York.
