RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘[Win the Christmas of a Lifetime in Lapland with Dalton Park]’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will take place on 1st & 2nd December 2018 and 8th & 9th December 2018 [Smooth Radio North East] (the “Radio Station”).

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must;

Go to the location described on the online page and on-air by the presenter to enter, which will be Dalton Park, Murton

Entry will take place on 1st and 2nd, 8th and 9th December 2018 between 11am and 3pm.

Staff from Smooth Radio North East and Dalton Park will judge entries and choose 1 winner who they think has answered the question the most creatively.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 21 or over.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

The winner must reside, work or study within Smooth Radio North East TSA

To be eligible to win, you must available to attend an event on 16th December 2018.

Prize:

4 night Break in Lapland for 2 Adults and 2 children (children must be under 12 years of age)

4 nights staying at the Saaga Hotel, Lapland. Bed and breakfast basis only

Must be available to depart on 19th December 2018, returning to Newcastle on 23rd December 2018

Flying from Newcastle International Airport 6am on 19th December 2018, Arriving at Kittila 11.10pm

Returning flights 23rd December 12:20pm, arriving in Newcastle at 13:40 23rd December 2018

£500 Spending Money included

Dates are exclusive to 19th November – 23rd December, cannot be changed.

Prize winners must be able to provide a valid passport

Transfers included in Lapland

Baggage included, 5kg hand luggage x4 hand baggage and 20kg x 4 hold luggage.

Must have a valid passport to travel on the dates provided

Winner to arrange own travel insurance
