RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to East Midland Trains radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 30th July to Wednesday 8th August on Smooth East Midlands (the “Radio Station”).
1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

2. To enter the Competition an entrant must go online to smoothradio.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 30th July 2018 and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 8th August 2018. One winner will be selected at random from all correct answers. The winner will be contacted by Global within 7 days of the competition closing.
Eligibility:
3. All entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
4. Prize:
Return train travel with East Midlands Trains for two adults and two children to London
Overnight accommodation at a 4 star centrally located hotel
Breakfast for two adults and two children in the hotel restaurant
4x Tickets into the family attraction of the winner’s choice. Choose from:
Madame Tussauds
SEALIFE London
The London Dungeon
Prize terms and conditions:
Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
2.Travel will be by East Midlands Trains where possible ,must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
3.Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults and two children sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
4.Tickets to winner’s choice of attraction is subject to availability at time of booking. Attraction openings times may vary throughout the year. Height, age and health restrictions apply on certain rides.
5.All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
