Smooth Escapes Tenerife Holiday on Smooth Radio East Midlands 2018

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at [website link of general T&Cs for the relevant brand]) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Smooth Escapes Tenerife Holiday radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 5^th February to Sunday 18^th March on Smooth Radio East Midlands. (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to smoothradio.com, opt-in through the Smooth Escapes competition and register their details. 
2. Online entry will open at 00.01 on Monday 5^th February and close at 23.59 on Sunday 18^th March.
3. One winner will be selected at random from all the correct eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone between 8-8.30am on Monday 19^th March.  The conversation may be recorded and played on-air.  If the caller fails to answer a call from Communicorp, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

    Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per week over the six weeks Smooth Escape promotion.

Prize:

1. 1x winner will win a 7-night stay for 2 adults at Hotel Botanico and The Oriental Spa Garden, Tenerife.

• Bed and Breakfast basis.
• Return flights with Thomas Cook Airlines from East Midlands Airport.
• Transfers in Tenerife.
• £500 spending money. 

Prize Terms and Conditions

• The prize cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Transfers to and from East Midlands Airport are not included.
• Accommodation is in a double Deluxe Room two sharing
• The prize includes breakfast
• The transfers in Tenerife are not private and may be shared with other passengers.
• Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.
• The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak season (Easter, July, August, December and New Year)
• The prize must be taken before 31^st December 2018.
• Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation.  This fee varies in accordance with the changes.
• Hotel Botanico and The Oriental Spa Garden reserve the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested.
• The winner and their companion must have a valid passport and where necessary a valid visa.

1. Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
