Derbyshire County Cricket Club on Smooth East Midlands, October 2019

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Derbyshire Country Cricket Club radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 14th October 2019 to 27th October 2019 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth East Midlands.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

Go online to www.smoothradio.com/eastmidlands, answer the competition question on the dedicated Derbyshire County Cricket Club Fireworks Display WIN Page and register their details. Online entry will open at 00.00am on 14th October 2019 and close at 23.59pm on 27th October 2019.

One winner who has answered the question correctly will be picked at random by a member of the Smooth Radio East Midlands team and notified by email or telephone call.

Entrants will have 48 hours to claim their prize once contacted, and after this an alternative prize winner will be chosen at random.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be over 18.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Winner must be available on 3rd November to take the prize. Prize is non-transferable.

Prize:

One winner will receive:

- 10 x Premier Upgrade tickets to the Derbyshire County Cricket Club Fireworks Display at the The Pattonair County Ground on Sunday 3rd November 2019.

- Watch the display from the best seats in the house
- Pre-display bonfire-themed hot food
- Private cash bar facility
