Over 50 years since The Righteous Brothers released their classic ‘You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin', Bill Medley is set to tour the UK for the first time.

Bill Medley is set to tour the UK for the very first time later this year.

Medley, 74, was one half of The Righteous Brothers and has played alongside huge stars such as the Beatles and counted Elvis Presley as a friend. In September, alongside a host of other household names, he will embark on a six-date UK tour with David Gest's (I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life show.

Speaking about Medley, show organiser David Gest said “Bill Medley has always been an icon to me - when Michael Jackson and I were kids we would sit and listen to the Righteous Brothers sing You’ve Lost that Lovin’ Feeling, You’re my Soul & Inspiration, Unchained Melody, Ebb Tide and later Bill’s duet with Jennifer Warnes on (I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life.

"To be presenting Bill Medley on his first UK tour ever is a thrill and audiences will get to hear those fabulous songs live for the first time!

"I am really, really excited about him coming to the UK."

The shows will also include Sheila Ferguson, The Tymes, Gregory Abbott and Deniece Williams and will visit cities including Newcastle, Manchester and Liverpool in September.
