The singer had to postpone his Las Vegas performances because of the operation.
Donny Osmond is recovering in a Boston hospital following vocal surgery.
The 'Puppy Love' singer shared a snap of himself on Twitter with the surgeon who operated on him.
Dressed in his hospital gown but still smiling, Donny told followers, "The vocal surgery is over. Now the waiting game."
Donny will have to remain silent for at least three weeks following the operation, which must be hard for someone who uses their voice so much!
The singer had to have the operation to remove a polyp from his vocal chord, often caused by overusing the voice.
Donny currently has a residency with sister Marie in Las Vegas where they perform some of their greatest hits including 'Puppy Love', 'Paper Roses' and 'Soldier of Love'.
The duo have had to postpone numerous shows to give Donny the time to recover. According to the concert venue, Donny and Marie's next show will be on the 29th of September.
We wish him a speedy recovery!
