    Kerr James was 12 years old when he auditioned for Britain's Got Talent, and he hails from Glasgow, Scotland.

    Despite his young age, he has been performing around Scotland for several years. He also writes his own songs and plays multiple instruments.

    When asked by the BGT judges what he would like to achieve, he said: "To become a recording artist, that would be the best," and named Freddie Mercury as his idol.
