While we start cranking up the heating on cosy winter nights, we'll also be tuning in to sunny Australia to watch random celebrities get covered in something gross.

Yes, I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! will soon return to ITV for an 18th series, hosted by Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby, filling in for the temporarily departed Ant McPartlin.

But where is I'm a Celebrity filmed and where is the five-star hotel located nearby? Here are all the details:

  1. Where is I'm a Celebrity filmed?

The show is based at Murwillumbah in New South Wales, and is filmed inside Springbrook National Park.

It has stayed as the setting for the reality series since it began back in 2002.

While we only get to see the camp and a load of suspension bridges connected to the studio, there is actually a lot more going on.

There is also an on-site medical facility, a space for various props and an area where family and friends stay on the morning of each eviction.

  2. What hotel do the celebs stay at after they leave the jungle?

After the celebs are voted off the island, they are treated to some much-needed luxury.

Each evicted star is then sent to the five-star Versace Hotel in Surfers Paradise.

After all those Bush Tucker Trials and inevitable weight loss, that is just what the doctor ordered.
