Freda Payne To Tour The UK

Freda Payne has been added to the line-up for David Gest's (I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life six-date tour.

The ‘Band Of Gold’ singer will perform six dates as part of a star-studded line-up, including Bill Medley and Deniece Williams.

Speaking of Payne, David Gest said “I am thrilled to be adding my dear friend Freda Payne, whose classic hits 'Band Of Gold' & 'Bring The Boys Home' have certainly stood the test of time to this incredible line-up.

“Freda is truly a beautiful human being inside and out. I am honoured to have this soul legend join Bill Medley, Sheila Ferguson, Deniece Williams, Billy Paul, Dorothy Moore, Cece Peniston, Barbara Weathers of Atlantic Starr, Gregory Abbott and the fabulous Tymes on this once-in-a-lifetime bill!”

• The Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl - Tuesday 29 September
