The former Spice Girls singer is releasing a song in honour of her late pal.
Geri Horner is releasing a charity single in honour of her close friend George Michael, with all proceeds going to Childline.
The 44-year-old is making her solo musical comeback with the track 'Angels in Chains', which she wrote when dealing with the grief she felt following George's death on Christmas Day (25th Dec 2016).
"He had such an impact on my life. I didn't know what to do with all my feelings," she told The Sun.
"When we have grief, you have to share it with each other. It was like a gift, it pushed me out the door."
The former Spice Girl worked with George's former backing singer Shirley Lewis and producer Chris Porter on the song, which will be released on June 23rd – just two days before what would have been George's 54th birthday.
