The singer gave birth to a boy on Tuesday.
Janet Jackson has given birth to her first child after a "healthy delivery".
The 50-year-old star and her husband Wissam Al Mana welcomed their son, Eissa Al Mana into the world on Tuesday.
The singer's representative told People magazine, "Janet Jackson and husband Wissam Al Mana are thrilled to welcome their new son Eissa Al Mana into the world. Janet had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably."
Janet's sister, La Toya Jackson and her nephew, TJ Jackson both took to Twitter to congratulate the performer.
