Mariah Carey Confirms Las Vegas Residency

Mariah Carey has revealed that she has signed a residency deal in Las Vegas.

Mariah Carey announced the news on television show Ellen, revealing that she will be at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace during her residency.

The show will feature some of Carey's biggest tracks, including 'We Belong Together', 'Vision of Love', 'Emotions', 'Dreamlover', 'Touch My Body', 'One Sweet Day', 'Don't Forget About Us' and 'Fantasy'.

"This is a special event for me," the 44-year-old said. "I have to hope that the fans will enjoy this 'cause I'm gonna be performing, which was kind of inspired by my album number ones, and this is now the updated version with 18 of them."

To celebrate the occasion, Carey gave every member of the Ellen audience a pair of tickets to the show.

According to website TMZ, the singer is filling in for Celine Dion, who is taking a break from her show until early 2016 at the latest.
