The three-year-old is now in recovery following chemotherapy treatment.
Michael Buble and his wife Luisana have issued a statement to say that doctors are "very optimistic" about their son Noah's recovery from cancer.
The pair made the announcement following reports that Luisana's sister confirmed that the three-year-old was in recovery.
"We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy. He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us," the parents said in a statement.
A journalist revealed on television this week that Daniela Lopilato had told him, "Yes, Noah is recovering and we're very happy that's the case."
The show later contacted sources close to Michael and wife Luisana for comment and they confirmed that the three-year-old is "free from cancer."
Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer last year and has been since undergoing chemotherapy treatment in Los Angeles.
The famous couple cancelled all work commitments to be with their son through the ordeal.
