Mick Jagger Becomes A Father For The Eighth Time At 73

The Rolling Stones frontman and his 29-year-old girlfriend welcomed their first son in New York last week.

Sir Mick has been with his partner, Melanie Hamrick, since 2014. When the pregnancy news broke in July the pair said they were "surprised and happy" to be expecting a child together.

A spokesman for the Stones singer said “They are both delighted. Mick was at the hospital for the arrival. Mother and baby are doing well and we request that the media respect their privacy at this time.”

Jagger has seven other children with four different women – 45-year-old Karis Hunt Jagger, from his relationship with former model Marsha Hunt, 44-year-old Jade Jagger from his marriage to Bianca Jagger, and four children with model Jerry Hall including Elizabeth, 32, James, 30, Georgia, 24 and Gabriel, 18. And his youngest child is 17-year-old Lucas from a fling with Brazilian presenter Luciana Gimenez.
