They are just 'wrinkly old men, trying to relive their youth'- who wants to see that?!
This is amusing - The Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger has made jibes at himself, Monty Python and ageing rockers everywhere in this great new promotional video.
The old rocker made the tongue-in-cheek video to promote comedy icons Monty Python's upcoming show at the O2 Arena in London tonight (Tuesday 1 July).
"Monty Python, are they still going?" says Jagger, making many comments that could be referring to The Rolling Stones. "Ten shows, they will coin it in. I bet it is expensive. But, I mean, who wants to see that again?
He continues: "It was funny in the 60s. They are a bunch of wrinkly old men trying to relive their youth. I mean the best one died years ago. We’ve seen it all before, they’ve put it all up on YouTube."
