Watch singer-songwriter Charlotte Lily's stunning cover of Wham!'s 'Last Christmas'

At this time of year, we love hearing our favourite Christmas tunes, and always enjoy checking out brand new cover versions.
Talented singer-songwriter Charlotte Lily has done just that, by recording two of our favourites: 'Last Christmas' by Wham! and the Shakin' Stevens classic 'Merry Christmas Everyone'.

Charlotte is an up-and-coming artist from Preston, who you may remember from last year's X Factor, where she performed in front of a sold-out Wembley Arena.
Since then, she has written and recorded new music and worked with Grammy-nominated producers and writers, with her own original tracks set to be released very soon.
Charlotte told Smooth: "I've always loved playing music with a guitar, and feeling the vibrations in my hands, I've been playing since I was 12!
"I started performing live when I was 16 and would always be busking or singing in any pub that would let me. My songs are influenced from the music Dad played when I grew up. Anything from Wilson Phillips to Goo Goo Dolls. The first concert I went to was actually Rod Stewart.
"I love when it's finally time to sing Christmas songs because anyone any age knows them. There's nothing better than people singing along with you, and the Christmas songs let that happen."
Her new song 'Messing' will be released on December 13, while Charlotte also recorded an acoustic version of her track 'Remember My Name', which you can watch below.
