Watch Hugh Jackman open the Brit Awards with amazing 'Greatest Showman' performance

The Brit Awards 2019 were opened in style tonight (February 20), as a certain showman kicked off proceedings.

Hugh Jackman put on a triumphant performance at the 2019 Brit Awards, singing the title song from The Greatest Showman.

The 50-year-old actor's appearance comes a few months before he heads out on his first ever world tour, where he will perform a variety of songs including tracks from the Greatest Showman soundtrack.

The Greatest Showman has been a huge success at the box office despite early mixed reviews, while its soundtrack was the best-selling record of 2018 in the UK.

It also topped the album charts for an incredible 11 consecutive weeks. However, the album itself isn't actually nominated for any BRITs.
