Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney are among the list of the highest-grossing tours of 2013, according to Billboard.
Bruce Springsteen’s 53 live shows this year have brought in £90.5 million – the fourth highest grossing tour of the past twelve months – while The Rolling Stones’ 50th anniversary concerts brought in £77 million. Paul McCartney collected the 16th biggest total gross of the year, with $42 million coming in from 21 shows.
Bon Jovi have the biggest tour of 2013, making £125 million from 90 live gigs. The Cirque Du Soleil’s Michael Jackson production The Immortal World Tour is second on the list with a figure of $97 million from no less than 205 shows.
It is the third time a tour from Bon Jovi has topped the magazine's list. Madonna topped last year's list ahead of Bruce Springsteen. The singer finishes in 14th place in 2013.
