'Keith Richards: Under The Influence' gives fans the chance to go on a musical journey with the guitarist as he creates a new album.

"I realise that people think that Keith Richards is smoking a joint, bottle in his hand, cursing the fact that the liquor store is closed."

After months of anticipation, the Keith Richards documentary 'Under The Influence' is almost here and judging by the trailer, it will be worth the wait.

The film will give music-lovers a chance to go on a journey with the Rolling Stones guitarist as he creates his first solo album in 23 years. For the album, Richards rediscovers his love of blues and jazz music with cameos from various musicians including Tom Waits.

Brought to us by the same director as Oscar winning documentary '20 Feet From Stardom', the documentary explores Richards journey through life so far.

"I know who I am but I realise that people think that Keith Richards is smoking a joint, bottle in his hand, cursing the fact that the liquor store is closed," says Richards jokingly in the trailer.

This is a rare opportunity for music fans to get into the inner circle of one of the world's most legendary bands and we can't wait!

The documentary will be released exclusively on Netflix Friday 18th September.
