The nation's favourite Motown song has been revealed - but which one is it?

Last night, it was revealed that the nation’s favourite Motown song was Marvin Gaye’s ‘I Heard It Through The Grapevine’.

Motown megastars including singers Smokey Robinson and Martha Reeves, and members of key groups like The Jackson 5, The Temptations, The Supremes, and the Four Tops all celebrated the Motown genre in a countdown of top songs.

A celebration of Motown revealed the stories behind 20 of the legendary label's greatest hits, followed by the results of a poll to discover Britain's favourite Motown song.
