RULES 1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Martin & Shirlie Kemp radio competition which will run from 5th December 2019 to 23rd December 2019. The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio North West.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com/northwest and answer a question and register their details. Online entry will open at 10am on 5th December and close at 9am 23rd December 2019.
4. From all the correct answers three entrants will be selected at random to win a signed album.
5. The winners will be contacted by one of the Smooth North West team via email/telephone to inform them they have won. The prize must be accepted by the winner within 48 hours of being contacted. If Smooth Radio do not hear from the winner, their entry will be deemed invalid, and a new winner will be chosen and contacted and given a further 24 hours to claim the prize. This process will be continued until a winner is confirmed*. Anyone who fails to claim the prize within this period will not receive a consolation prize.
6. Entrants must live in Smooth Radio’s TSA (North West of England) Only one entry per person will be counted, duplicate entries will be removed.
7. The prize is three signed copies of Martin & Shirlie Kemp In The Swing of It album. Each winner will win one signed copy. There will be three winners in total. Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute prize at any time.
