RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Ribby Hall radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 7th October 2019 to 3rd November 2019 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio North West

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com and answer the question.

From correct answers, one winner will be chosen by random selection and contacted by a member of the Smooth North West team. The winner will have 7 days from the point of contact to accept the prize via phone or email. If the winner does not accept the prize within 7 days (weekday and weekend) then Smooth North West will choose another winner and the process will repeat.

Eligibility:

Entries must be 18 years of age or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

Luxury overnight stay for two people at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall Village including:

• Use of spa facilities
• Spa Zen Garden access
• Evening Dinner
• Breakfast
• 60 Minute ELEMIS massage each
• Glass of fizz
• Use of gym facilities
• Concierge

Overnight stay in a luxury room to be taken Monday to Thursday before 13th December 2019.
