Terms: Kia Motors on Smooth Radio North West

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to ‘Kia Motors’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 31st December to Sunday 20th January (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio North West

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must

Go online to smoothradio.com/northwest and enter the competition form on the Kia Motors Win page. Online entry will open Monday 31st December to Sunday 20th January.

Go to Trafford Centre and enter the Kia Kindness competition with the Smooth Radio North West Street Team. Entry will open at 9am on and close at 9pm [on each day of the Competition]. Entry will be open in Trafford Centre Monday – Sunday, week commencing 14th January.

Entrants in the Trafford Centre must visit the Smooth Street Team and enter the Smooth Voicemail competition. Entrants must choose the prize they want to win and nominate someone they think deserves the prize, via phone call inside the Kia car. Street team will direct on how to enter on site.

One winner per prize will be chosen at random from entries and contacted by a member of the Smooth Radio promotions team W/C 21st January.

Entrants must be available Wednesday 30th & Thursday 31st to receive prize to their home by Smooth Radio Presenter or Smooth Radio Team.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid UK passport

Entrants below the age of 18 may take part in Trafford Centre activity, accompanying an adult. Any entry made by anyone below 18 will not be valid.

Holiday to Sorrento for a family of 4 (Two Adults) for 7 nights. Hotel and flights to the value of £1,500.

• 2 tickets to the Randox Health Grand National Festival Ladies Day on Friday 5th April 2019.
• Tickets are non exchangeable or refundable

• Dress code applies – no sports clothes and fancy dress are not permitted for The Randox Health Grand National Festival.

• Overnight stay in Kirkfield Hotel for 2 people sharing one double standard room with breakfast. Check in 2pm on 6th April 2019 – check out 11am 7th April 2019.
