Liverpool Philharmonic, ‘Spirit of Christmas’ on Smooth Radio North West, November 2018

RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at smoothradio.com) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to “Liverpool Philharmonic Spirit of Christmas’’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 12th November to 16th November on Smooth Radio North West (the “Radio Station”).

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must Send a text message with the word described by the presenter on air on Smooth Radio North West, Friday 16th November between 0600 – 1000am. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Line will open when prompted by the presenter on Friday 16th November.

1. An entrant with the correct word will be chosen at random to win the prize and brought to air. The winner will be called between 6am and 10am on Friday 16th November. If the winner is not available to take the call for any reason (including but not limited to having a bad line, needing to pull over to talk or on another call) Smooth Radio will move on to another winner at random and the previous winner’s entry will be voided.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

2 x Tickets to see ‘Spirit of Christmas’ concert on Friday 21st December
Meal for 2 people on Friday 21st December
Overnight stay for 2 people at Radisson Blu, Liverpool
£100 to spend at Liverpool ONE

Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
