RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to ‘leasingoptions.co.uk’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 1st October to Sunday 28th October (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio North West

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must

Go online to smoothradio.com/northwest and register their details in the leasingoptions.co.uk sin page. Online entry will open at 0000 on Monday 1st October 2018 and close at 2359 on Sunday 28th October

One winner will be selected at random from the correct online answers and contacted by a member of the Smooth North West team. This winner will have 14 days to accept their prize vie phone or email. After a 14-day period has passed, if the winner has not responded and claimed their prize another winner will be selected at random and the first winners entry will be deemed invalid. No alternate prize will be offered to the original winner.

Eligibility:

Entries must be 25 years of age or older

Entries must hold a clean driving license

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Entries who do not meet the above requirements cannot enter the competition and should an entrant who is not eligible to win be chosen, their entry will be deemed void with no alternative prize offered.
