RULES

• The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Chill Factore’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 7th January 2019 06.00am to 3rd Feb 2019 23.59pm (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth North West.
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition: TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com/northwest/win and register their details.
•  Online entry will open at 00.01 on 7th Jan 2019 and close at 23.59 on 3rd Feb 2019.
• Entrants will watch the video hosted on the page created by Smooth Radio North West and Chill Factore and answer a question related to it to enter to win a holiday for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) to Alpe Cimbra, Italy, plus a family Guarentee to Ski experience at Chillfactore.
• The winner will be picked at random once the competition has closed online on the 3rd February 2019 at 23.59. Winner will be contacted by Smooth North West team via email or phone. If the winner has not responded within 2 days of initial contact another winner will be chosen at random and previous winners claim is null and void.
• Prize must be taken on the 18th February - 24th February 2019 and can not be exchanged for cash alternative. 
• Holiday includes flights from Manchester Airport to Treviso Airport, Italy. Standard flights. Additional luggage costs may apply.
• Ski Equipment for 4 people provided for 6 days
• 6 days Ski pass for Alpre Cimbra Resort for 4 people
• Half Board Stay at Folgaria Post Hotel

Eligibility:

• Winners must be 18 or over and hold a full UK passport as must the 3 other guests they are including in the prize.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

Prize consists of Guarantee to Ski Experience for 4 (2 adults & 2 Children) plus a holiday for 4 to Alpe Cimbra, Italy with flights, accommodation, ski passes and equipment. Specific terms and conditions apply to both. Please see individual T&C’s below:

• Guarantee to Ski at Chill Factore Terms and Conditions: This prize is being provided by Chill Factore, Manchester
• Offer available via Guest Services, Call Centre and Chill Factore website.
• Offer only available on Beginner Ski and Snowboard Lessons and Courses.
• The guarantee provides free level 3 group lessons if you are not signed off to the level 3 standard at the end of the beginner course.
• Level 3 standard includes learning to ski or snowboard down the beginner slope and moving onto the lower main slope to learn how to use the button lift.
• Use code GTS120 for midweek and before 6pm and GTS150 for evening and weekends. Offer must be booked and taken by the 28/02/2019.
• Promotion should be booked using the promotional code provided.
• Add the product of your choice to basket and apply the relevant promo code. Subject to availability.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• No cancellation permitted.
• Transferable at no charge if a minimum of five days’ notice is provided. If less than five days’ notice is provided, a fee of £30 will be charged for any changes made.
• All bookings must be transferred to dates within the promotion period that are the same price.
• Chill Factore management reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without any advanced warning or prior notification.
