RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to The Lowry radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 3rd June - 16th June 2019 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio North West

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com and register their details on the competition page for The Lowry. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 3rd June and close at 23:59 on 16th June 2019.

Entrants should answer the question on the competition page to be in with a chance of winning. All entrants with the correct answer will be put into a randomizer and one winner will be chosen and contacted between 9:00 and 11:am on Monday 17th June 2019.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Chosen winner will have 48 hours from point of contact to claim their theatre tickets from point of contact from Smooth Team. If no answer on telephone or email and no call back within this period, a new winner will be chosen to take the prize.

Prize:

2 tickets to see War Horse at the Liverpool Empire Theatre on Wednesday 31 July 7.30pm; dinner for 2 in the theatre’s Lime St Bistro (excl drinks); entry for 2 people into the theatre’s Ambassador Lounge; overnight stay for 2 people in the Liverpool City Centre Marriott Hotel in a superior double room including Prosecco, and breakfast the next day; prize includes Spa treatment in the hotel for 2 people.

Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another date. Competition is not open to employees of the Ambassador Theatre Group, the National Theatre, the Marriott Hotel or Smooth Radio. One winner will be selected and informed via email on Tuesday 23rd July. If prize is not claimed by Wednesday 24th July, another winner will be selected.
