Tickets To See Lionel Richie’s Hello!

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/northwest/terms-conditions/) apply to the Orchard Live Lionel Richie radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 14^th  February 2020.  The "Radio Station" is Smooth North West.

1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to Darren Parks on Smooth Breakfast from 6am on Friday 14^th February and once announced on air, text the studio on 65588. Texts will be charged at standard network rate.

One entrant will be picked at random from the text lines, contacted and taken to air.  The entrant selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another entrant will be selected at random.  The winners details will be sent to Orchard Live after the competition and they will contact the winner discuss their tickets.  Their details will also be sent to the Double Tree by Hilton and the room will be booked under their name for Thursday 4^th June 2020.  The meal of their choice will need to be pre-booked prior to arrival.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 years or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

1. 2 x gold package tickets to see Lionel Richie at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham on Thursday 4^th June 2020 which includes access to the centenary lounge with access to the private lounge & toilets with a £50 bar tab. Plus, a choice of either afternoon tea for 2 people or an evening meal at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse on the same day at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Chester.  Afternoon tea is available between 12pm – 4pm and will need to be pre-booked prior to arrival.  If the winner chooses the evening meal instead, this is a set Table d’hote menu.  The restaurant does not open until 5:30pm and the meal will need to be pre-booked prior to arrival.  The winner will also win an overnight stay for 2 people at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Chester on the same night. The room cannot be exchanged for any other night and will be under the winners name.  Spa access is included with your room, however a timeslot must be arranged prior to use with the club and spa.
