RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Octagon Theatre radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 4th November to 17th November (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio North West

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com/north west and register their details on the win page for Treasure Island. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 4th November and close at 23:59 on 17th November.

From correct competition question answers, one winner will be chosen at random.

The winner will be contacted by a member of the smooth radio north west team. The prize must be accepted by the winner within 7 full days of being contacted. If Smooth Radio do not hear from the winner, their entry will be deemed invalid, and a new winner will be chosen and contacted and given a further 7 days to claim the prize. This process will be continued until a winner is confirmed*. Anyone who fails to claim the prize within a 7-day period will not receive a consolation prize.

*Prize must be claimed by 9th December or the prize will become void with no winner and no alternative will be given to any late confirmations.

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Entries must live within the Smooth Radio North West TSA

Prize:

Prize includes 4 tickets (2 adult + 2 children, under 16) and an overnight stay for 4 at the Whites Hotel which includes dinner, bed and breakfast (excluding drinks).

Prize – must be claimed by Monday 9 December 2019, tickets are subject to availability, we do not offer refunds or credit.

Whites Hotel are offering a room for 4 people on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis. This dinner will need to be for 2 adults and 2 children and will be 2 courses per person. The children can dine from the children’s menu we have in the restaurant (excluding any drinks).

Prize will be in Penthouse Suite of Whites Hotel however if unavailable an alternative will be offered.
