RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Lakelovers radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 27th January to Sunday 16th February (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio North West
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an entrant must go online to smoothradio.com and answer the question on the Lakelovers win page within the win section of the North West site.
4. One winner will be chosen at random from correct answers and contacted by a member of the Communicorpuk team via phone & email.
5. The winner will then have 14 days from the point of contact to accept the prize via phone or email.
6. If 14 days passes and there is no response from the winner, we will choose a new winner and contact them. The second chosen winner will have 14 days to claim the prize.

7. Entries must be 18 years of age or older
8. Entries must live within the Smooth Radio North West trading area

Prize

The Holiday offered in this prize draw is for 7-night break in at Flaska House the holiday must be taken before 1st December 2020 the property must be vacated as per Lakelovers booking conditions.

If the property was to leave Lakelovers we will offer you an alternative to the same standard

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The prize is valid for the named winner only and may not be transferred to an alternative person. The prize winner must be the lead booker. There will be no cash alternative offered.

All personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

Transport to & from the property must be arranged by the winner. No means of arrival will be provided by either Lakelovers or Smooth Radio North West

Please note, this is a non-smoking property and does accept 2 dog’s.

Lake Distillery Tours, Spa Experience Deluxe and Meet the Alpaca Experience will be vouchers and you have to redeem with the various parties.
