RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com//terms-conditions/ (the“ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Win tickets to see Barry Manilow at Manchester Area’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 23rd August to 30th August 2018 on Smooth North West (the “Radio Station”).

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.smoothradio.com, answer the competition question and register their details. Online entry will open at 10:00 on the 23rd August 2018 and close at 23:59:59 on the 30th August 2018.

From the pool of entrants with the correct answer, one will be selected at random and win.

Eligibility:

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility will be requested.

Entrants must enter as an individual using their own legal name.

No persons (including their immediate families) connected with the administration of this competition are eligible to enter.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person

Duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

The prize is 4 tickets for Barry Manilow on Sunday 2nd September 2018

The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be transferred.

The winner must be one of the people who attends the concert. The prize cannot be transferred

No cash alternative will be offered

Prize winners agree to take part in any promotional activity at the Promoters request and consent to their name, location and photograph being published for the purposes of this promotion and promoting the Promoter and its business.

Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of any third party in relation to the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
