RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at (https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Untouchables’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 20.05.2019 to 24.05.19 on Smooth Scotland..

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
To enter: Send a text message with the word “WALL” to 65588(the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The Text Message Line will open at 17:10 and close at 17:30on each day of the Competition.
All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated, and another Entrant selected at random.
The entrant will be selected to play ‘Untouchables’ via text entry and selected at random by the presenter.
The UntouchablesCompetition Mechanic: ‘Wall of Fame’ The on-air presenter will describe a celebrity’s home, the entrant will then have to correctly guess which celebrities ‘Wall of Fame’ is being described. 
If the player does not get the correct answer the call will be terminated, and another player will be invited on air to play the game. 

Eligibility: The entrant must be over the age of 18 years to play the game.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

The competition will run on the following dates during Smooth Scotland drive time:

23.05.19
24.05.19

Prize:
Prize is £500 instore vouchers.
Global will send the vouchers to the winnerwithin 28 days of winning.
The vouchers are only valid for the The Untouchables (Scotland) Ltd. From the date stated on voucher given.
Vouchers cannot be refuned or exchanged for cash.
Vocuhers cannot be sold to any third parties.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
The store retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
Global are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards.
