RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘The Avenue’ competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 22nd November 2019 to Thursday 12th December 2019 on Smooth Scotland (the "Radio Station").

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.smoothradio.com/ and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Friday 22nd November 2019 and close at 12:00 on Thursday 12th December 2019.

4. All entrants must answer a multiple-choice question and fill out the required details for the chance to win.

5. One winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries after the competition has closed.

6. The winner will be contacted after the competition has closed on the 12th December 2019 by the presenter/producer and they will be required to talk to the presenter. This call will be recorded and their winning reaction will be played out on air. 

Eligibility:

7. Entrants must be 18 or over.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.

Prize:

9. One winner will receive the prize of £1,000 worth of shopping vouchers to spend at The Avenue Shopping Centre, Newton Mearns only. This will arrive in the form of a gift voucher/card from selected Avenue store(s) of the winner's choice and cannot be exchanged for cash. Store voucher/gift card T&C's will then apply. 

10. The winner will be required to collect their prize from The Avenue Shopping Centre, Newton Mearns (G77 6AA) within 28 days of winning and agree to have their photograph taken by The Avenue for marketing purposes.

11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
