RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Crisp n Dry radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 19th November to Sunday 9th December 2018 on Smooth Radio (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the competition an entrant must go online to https://www.smoothradio.com, locate the competition page, register their details and answer a question.
4. There will be three bursts of the competition and online entry will open as follows:
• Burst 1 will open at 0100 on Monday 19th November and close at 2359 on Sunday 25th November
• Burst 2 will open at 0100 on Monday 26th November and close at 2359 on Sunday 2nd December
• Burst 3 will open at 0100 on Monday 3rd December and close at 2359 on Sunday 9th December
5. There will be three winners, one from each burst. Each winner will be selected at random within seven days of the competition closing date. A global member of staff will attempt to contact the winner on three occasions, using the telephone and if necessary, email details provided at the point of entry, to confirm they have won and obtain their address for receipt of the prize. If unsuccessful on all three occasions and if there has been no response Global will select another entrant as the prize winner and repeat the process until the winner has accepted their prize.

6. Entrants must be 18 or over and a UK resident.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
There will be 3 winners total, one per burst of the competition. Each winner will win:
Champagne Christmas dinner delivered to their door on Saturday 22 December 2018 for 6-8 people. Includes:

Prize Details:
- Dinner will be supplied for up to 6-8 people. Contents may vary and is subject to availability at time of booking. Winner must confirm their delivery address by Friday 14th December 2018. Dinner will be delivered on Saturday 22nd December 2018. Someone must be available to receive the delivery.
- Should the winner’s choice of family gift be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
- Now TV Sky Cinema pass is for 12 months only. Pass will be provided in 4 x 3 month vouchers. Each pass will be for 3 consecutive months. All vouchers must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase otherwise they will become invalid. Winners without an existing Now TV account will be required to set one up. Winner must be 18 years or older to hold a Now TV account. Available in the UK only. Should the winner wish to continue using Now TV once the 12-month pass has ended can do so at their own cost. Should the winner wish to cancel the subscription after the 12-month period they must cancel the pass before the last month of the existing pass.
- Winner’s choice of family gift will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
8. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
