RULES
6.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Apple Music’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 26th September – Sunday 7TH October on Smooth Network (the “Radio Station”).
7.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
8.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.smoothradio.com answer a question and register their details. Online entry will open at 13.00 on Wednesday 26th September 2018 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 7th October 2018.
9.    Duplicate entries from entrants will be excluded.

10.    From all eligible and correct entries, two winners will be randomly selected and deemed the winner.

Eligibility:
11.    Entrants must be 18 or over
12.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
Winner will receive:
•     Return train travel for two people to London on Wednesday 19th – Thursday 20th December 2018
•     Return private transfers from the station to the hotel
•    Overnight accommodation for two people at the 5 star InterContinental
London - The O2 on Wednesday 19th – Thursday 20th December 2018
•    Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant
•    2x Tickets to see Nile Rodgers at The O2 Arena – London on Wednesday 19th
December 2018
•    12 Month Apple Music Subscription

 
Prize Terms & Conditions:
 
1.    Travel will be on Wednesday 19th – Thursday 20th December 2018. All travellers must be available to travel on these dates.
2.    Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
3.    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
4.    Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two people sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on
a bed and breakfast basis.
5.    Nile Rodgers tickets will be provided by Apple Music and Global Radio.
6.    Apple Music Subscription will be provided for 12 consecutive months. Should the winner wish to continue their subscription after the 12 months, they may do so at their own cost.

13.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
