Smooth network: British Gas 5

British Gas on Smooth Radio, From 15th August 2019, MIDDAY
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘British Gas’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Thursday 15th August 2019 to Sunday 1st September 2019 on Smooth Radio (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.smoothradio.com, register their details and play the Smooth Summer Quiz.
4.    Online entry will open at 12:01 on Thursday 15th August 2019 and close at 23.59 Sunday 1st September 2019.
5.    The entrant must follow the instructions and play the Smooth Summer Quiz. Once the game ends, the entrant must submit their details to gain entry to the competition.
6.    From all eligible  entries received online, one winner will be selected at random and notified of their win by phone within 28 days of the closing date.

Eligibility:
7.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to enter.
8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

9.    One winner will receive:

Prize Terms and Conditions
10.    Date of BBQ party will be arranged on a mutually agreeable date by the winner and catering company, subject to availability. Includes dishes from a set BBQ menu preferences can be tailored by the winner. Sample Menu: Brioche Cheese Burger, Jerk Chicken & Mango,Charred Honey Halloumi & Pepper, Potato, Spring Onion and Bacon Salad and Sticky Orange Brownies, Vanilla and Citrus Cream. A pre agreed selection of alcoholic and soft drinks for up to 8 people. Customer should disclose any dietary requirements at the time of booking
11.    BBQ party must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
12.    Should the Landman BBQ and Google Next Home Hub be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
13.    Landmark BBQ, Google Nest Home Hub and Google Home Hub mini will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
14.    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
