Smooth network: Confused April 2019

Confused.com ‘£20 Free Fuel’ on Smooth, April 2019
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Confused.com £20 Free Fuel’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 24/04/2019 to 30/04/2019 on the Smooth Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on Wednesday 24th April and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 30th April.
4.    Entrants will need to go online to smoothradio.com and play the ‘Petrol Pump’ game. On completion of the game, they will have to register their details for their chance to win the cash prize. From all eligible entries a winner will be selected at random after the closing date.
5.    The winner will be selected at random and not based on results of the game. They will then be notified using the details given at the point of entry.

Eligibility:
6.    Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
8.    The prize will be £1,000. This will be in the form of a cheque (made payable to the winner only) and sent in the post within 28 working days of winning.
9.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
